You can choose to be either a FREE user
of CcDrive or a Regular User. Regular
Users also get the advantage of upgrading
their account to become a Licensed User.
Free Users just get a feel of this
incredible service with only 1 MBytes storage
space and also a limit on data transfer.
Free Users can easily upgrade their acount
to become a regular or licensed user anytime
they want.
Regular Users can utilize the CcDrive
service by selecting a capacity of CcDrive
starting from 25 MB and going upto but not
limited to 10 GB. The tarriff structure
can be seen using Capacity select field.
Licensed User
A
Licensed User has several benefits over
normal users.
a. An extra Login to CcDrive that only
allows users to display and download files.
Ideal for sharing files safely.
b. Licensed Users can add CcDrive
to their web sites and allow visitors to
download files. Add a fully featured file
management system to your site!
c. Licensed users can use the UNBRANDED
version of CcDrive. This allows you to make
the CcDrive link appear as an integral part
of your site. No advertising, no links to
our site, just your site and your download
files.

Capacity
CcDrive has a selectable capacity, you can
start from 25 MBytes and go upto 10 GBytes.
The tarriff structure can be seen using
Capacity select field. You may expand the
size as per your extended requirements.
For adding more space to your CcDrive later,
you can use the 'Add Space' tab and follow
the simple process of quickly having the
additional space added.

Your
name is displayed at the top of your CcDrive.
It identifies you when friends or visitors
visit your CcDrive.
Your
CcDrive requires a first and last name entry.

Your
user name is the name that uniquely identifies
your account. You will use your user name
and your password to log into your CcDrive.Make
note of your user name, so you won't forget
it. Your
user name cannot contain spaces. If
you choose a user name that already exists,
you will be asked to try again. If this
happens, try choosing a user name that:
is a combination of parts of your first
and last names (simonp, pauls). includes
a number or underscore (paul_simon, paulsimon99).
is a word or combination of words which
are meaningful to you (pizza_crazy, big_bang).
A
password is required for your CCdrive to
remain secure. Keep your password a secret. In
order to change your password, first enter
your current password as a security measure.
Then enter your new password twice, just
to make sure.
Your
password: must be at least 4 characters
long. cannot be the same as your licenseuser.
should not be easy to guess. should contain
a combination of letters, numbers, and punctuation.
If
you forget your password, we'll ask you for
the answer to your password recovery question,
as well as your birth date and the country
you live in. We'll only allow a person to
choose a new password if all questions are
answered correctly. For your security and
convenience, make sure the answer to your
password recovery question is: something only
you will know. not related to your password
in any way. unlikely to change over time.
extremely difficult for others to guess, even
if they see your password recovery question. Some
examples of good password recovery questions
are: What
are the last five digits of my credit card
number? What are the last five digits of my
social security number? What is my mother's
maiden name?
A
password recovery question and answer are
required.
Read
Only User
Read Only is a provision given to our
regular as well as licensed members for
sharing their CcDrive content through a
link on their web site. A separate read
only user name and password is required
for logging on to the read only area. While
in read only mode any body visiting your
CcDrive can download or view the files and
cannot perform any uploading, folder creation,
or other file handling operations.

CCdrive
uses your E-mail address for several purposes.
Upon creating your account, we send you a
confirmation, welcoming you to CcDrive. You
may also choose
to receive an E-mail notification when someone
sends or copies a file to your CcDrive, as
well as to receive our periodic newsletter.
We will not give your E-mail address or any
other details to anyone.
Your
CcDrive requires a valid E-mail address.
CCdrive
uses your gender, birth date and country of
residence, in order to verify your identity
if you lose your password. We ask for these
pieces of information, as well as the answer
to your password
recovery question, before allowing access
to your account.
